The iPhone Time Ledger and web dashboard are available. Mac provides an automatic work journal, but its installer is temporarily held while a corrected release is verified. AI Focus Sessions are in development, Workflows are in build, and Automations are planned.

What does activity tracking capture?

Permitted app names, bare domains, and time ranges. A goal or note is context you deliberately supply. Screenshots, keystrokes, and document or message content are not part of the tracking contract.

Do window titles leave my device?

The published privacy approach says window titles may be read locally to apply exclusions, then discarded. They are not uploaded as activity fields.

Is AI processing the same permission as tracking?

No. The published privacy approach separates tracking consent from AI consent. Declining AI processing preserves the basic activity record without model-written summaries.

What does Pro cost on web and desktop?

New web and desktop subscriptions are $20 monthly or $168 annually ($14 per month equivalent). Review the plan and final price in your account before purchase. Apple shows its own localized price in the native paywall.

What happens to an existing subscription?
