The AI goal coach, on the Mac

Shipped
  • A daily and weekly coaching note on the Mac dashboard, written from your own ledger
  • The note is generated each morning on its own — there’s nothing to click
  • It reads your patterns over time rather than reacting to the latest number
For your privacy
  • The coach runs only after you explicitly opt in to AI processing — without it, nothing is generated
  • It receives aggregates only: categories, durations, and your own typed goal — never window titles or raw activity

Known limitThe coach needs a few days of history before it has patterns to speak to.

  • The Mac app and the web dashboard both became the Time Ledger, matching iPhone
  • Onboarding starts with what an hour of your time is worth, so the ledger can price it
  • A shareable weekly card, “Share this week” on the desktop, and referrals — give a month, get a month
  • Pricing reconciled across iPhone, Mac, and web so all three agree
