What you need

- 1Open the .dmgDouble-click the downloaded file to mount it.
- 2Drag FocusMirror to ApplicationsDrop the app into your Applications folder, then eject the disk image.
- 3Launch itFocusMirror lives in your menu bar — there's no Dock icon. On first launch macOS shows a verified-developer prompt; click Open.
FocusMirror reads which app or site is in front of you — never your keystrokes, screenshots, window titles, or full URLs. It's a personal journal, not employee software: there is no boss dashboard.
